Thanks for your advice about not getting the Graco and tandem strollers. That's exactly why I was thinking I didn't want one! I did look at the City Jogger Elite, but the only problem with it is it says it's not compatible at all with infant car seats. That's why I'm considering the Valco one that I listed on my blog, it's compared by lots of people to that City Jogger one but it takes the car seat. I was going to email you about it, but I don't have your email address! :)
