Good for you I say! I'm working out and such...but can't give up food. I blame chocolate for convincing me that it has antioxidants.
Way to go - what a good Idea - it helps so much i thing to track progress on anything we do!
I'm with you girl. Went back to the gym yesterday and I am so sore.
